  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) cumin seeds, toasted
  • 1 cup (225 ml) fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup (225 ml) flat leaf parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
