Ingredients
  • bananas
  • other fruit
  • other herbs
Preparation
  • Peel bananas.
  • 1/8 Slice inch thick.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice or citric acid powder to prevent darkening.
  • Place in dehydrator.
  • Check each day.

The above is from memory, go to the library and read a book on drying fruit or whatever. Do NOT add water, that is what you are trying to get rid of.
