Honey Pecan Pie

  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 to 1 cup (225 ml) honey
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
  • 1 cup (225 ml) pecans, broken into pieces
  • partially baked pie shell
  • Beat eggs slightly.
  • Add honey and butter warmed)and salt.
  • Mix well, put in a partially baked pie shell and bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees (175 C.) to 400 degrees (200 C.), for about 35 minutes.
