  • 1 tsp (5 ml). cumin
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
  • 4 oz (112 grm). jar maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut rum
  • 6 oz (168 grm). chocolate bar
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml). butter
  • In sauce pan melt chocolate add butter, sugar, and cumin.
  • Heat to slow boil remove from heat; add rum.
  • Drain cherries and pour mix over cherries; let cool for 20 minutes.
  • Serve.
