Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

  • 2 lbs (.9 kg). hot sausage
  • 2 8 oz (224 grm). package cream cheese
  • 2 cups (475 ml) Bisquick
  • 2 cups (475 ml) shredded cheddar cheese
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Roll into balls.
  • Bake at 400 degrees (200 C.) for approximately 20 to 25 minutes until browned.
