Sauce to accompany a seafood dish

Serves/Makes:2 cups

  • 4 jalapenos
  • 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) loosely packed cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) loosely packed parsley
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
  • Place jalapenos, parsley, and cilantro into food processor.
  • Blend till chopped well.
  • Add mayonaise and lemon juice, process till smooth.
