Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) blueberries, washed
Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend till smooth.
