  • 4 cups (950 ml) dry oatmeal
  • 1 cup (225 ml) wheat germ
  • 1 cup (225 ml) coconut
  • 1 cup (225 ml) chopped nuts
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) salad oil
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) honey
  • 1 cup (225 ml) raisins
  • Mix everything together except raisins.
  • Put in 2 jelly roll pans and bake at 300 degrees (150 C.) for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Cool and add raisins.
  • Store in covered container.
I add dates sometimes too.
