  • 1 ripe banana, quartered
  • 1 cup (225 ml) pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) nonfat vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh or frozen strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
  • Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor container.
  • Blend until thick and smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
