Ingredients
  • Meatballs:
  • 1 lb (.5 kg). mince or hamburger
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) raw rice
  • 3/4 tsp (4 ml). salt
  • 1 grated onion
  • Sauce:
  • 1 16 oz (448 grm). can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). sugar
  • 1 cup (225 ml) water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • garlic salt
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
Preparation
  • Combine ingredients for meatballs.
  • Shape into small balls.
  • Pile into casserole dish.
  • Combine ingredients for sauce and pour over the meat balls.
  • Cook at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1 1/2 hours.
Comments
An excellent dish and you have to taste it to believe it!!!!
