- Jacquie's Kitchen
- 7 tbsp (100 ml). flour
- 4 tbsp (60 ml). white sugar
- 2 tsp (10 ml). baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (225 ml) milk
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml). salt
- Mix well.
- Drop by tbsp in hot pan (no oil or fat).
- Bon Appetit & enjoy!
Editor's Note: The contributor of this recipe says to try a very small amount of pancake batter in your pan to see if it doesn't stick.
If it does, you need to use some oil or cooking spray. All pans are not created equal!
