Serves/Makes:4 servings

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups (475 ml) skim milk
  • 2 cups (475 ml) nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup (225 ml) pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
  • Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
Low in fat and a potassium boost.
