Ingredients
  • 2 jalapeno chiles, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) minced onion
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) cream
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). cumin, ground
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
Preparation
  • Place all ingredients except butter in saucepan on medium heat.
  • Reduce to one half.
  • Whisk in butter.
  • Serve on grilled meats or with noodles.
