Perfectly sweet with realy soft apples

  • 2 cups (475 ml) apples
  • 2 tsp (10 ml). cinnamon
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). flour
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). butter
  • 3 tsp (15 ml). sugar
  • 1 oz (28 grm). vanilla or almond extract
  • whipped cream or ice cream, optional
  • Boil apples.
  • Add cinnamon, flour, butter, sugar and vanilla.
  • Turn down fire when apples are soft
  • Put in bowl.
  • top with whiped cream or ice cream (optional).
  • Enjoy!
It's great with ice cream!
