Barbecue/Garlic Ham Sauce

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) REAL Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) cloves, optional
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) minced garlic, or to taste
  • Stir together all ingredients.
  • Brush onto all exposed surfaces of ham.
  • Bake at 325 degrees (175 C.), length of time depending on ham size.
  • Bring cured ham to 140 degree (60 C.) internal temperature.
