  • 2 cans chunk pineapple, drained
  • 2 cans Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 small boxes instant lemon pudding
  • 2 firm bananas
  • Reserve all pineapple juice and juice from 1 can of oranges.
  • Mis pudding powder with the reserved juices until smooth.
  • Chill.
  • Add sliced bananas just before serving.
