Sweet way to add soy to your diet

From Libby taken from Trim Waist-Not-Taste Cookbook


  • 1 cup (225 ml) vanilla soy milk
  • 1 cup (225 ml) vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup (225 ml) apricot juice
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
This recipe adds soy to your diet and a boost of fiber. Very healthy!
