  • 1 3 oz (84 grm). box lime Jello
  • 1 cup (225 ml) boiling water
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). sugar
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). vanilla
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (2 cups (475 ml), drained)
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) pecans, chopped
  • 1 7-ounce bottle Seven-up
  • Dissolve Jello in water and add sugar.
  • Add cream cheese and whip.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into a 12 x 8 inch pyrex pan and refrigerate.
