  • 3 lbs (1.4 kg). pork, cubed
  • 1/2 stalk celery chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • Kluski noodles
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 jar sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • Brown first three ingredients.
  • Boil Kluski noodles 10 minutes; drain and combine with pork mixture.
  • Add next four ingredients and blend well.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees (175 C.).
