Cook macaroni noodles in boiling water as instructed on package. Drain macaroni noodles. Add macaroni to the ground beef and mix together. Add ketchup until the noodles and ground beef are well coated. Heat for a few minutes until ketchup is hot. Comments A very quick favorite of my kids! An easy meal for them to make, too!
