Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Source: Melody Serves/Makes:1/2 cup Ingredients 1/4 cup (60 ml) balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt 1/2 tsp (2 ml) oregano 1/2 finely diced shallot Preparation Add up all the ingrediants and mix. I put it in a covered container and shake it up really well. Comments I just made this up at home and it is really tastey! You can increase or decrease some of the ingredients to your liking. Bleu cheese goes really well with this also. I like to crumble mine up into the salad. The dressing and bleu cheese compliment each other very nicely!!!
