  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) lemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) chives
  • Place lemon juice in a small bowl and whisk in salt, pepper and mustard.
  • Whisk in oil, adding a little at a time til thick.
  • Add rest of ingredients.
  • Let stand an hour.
  • Pour over salad.
