- Ingredients
- 1 tsp (5 ml) ground ginger
- 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) soy sauce
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) orange juice
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 lbs (.7 kg). salmon fillet
- Preparation
- In large ziploc bag mix first 6 ingredients.
- Put salmon in bag and seal. Turn to coat fish completly.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes or 30 for stronger flavor. Turn bag every once in awhile.
- Grease or spray rack.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Remove fish from marinade and save.
- Grill 12 - 15 minutes.
- Brush with marinade last 5 minutes.
- Discard remaining marinade.
