			Serves/Makes:4 
			 
			Ingredients
			   1 tsp (5 ml) ground ginger
 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
 1/3 cup (80 ml) soy sauce
 1/3 cup (80 ml) orange juice
 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
1 green onion, chopped
 1-1/2 lbs (.7 kg). salmon fillet
  Preparation
			  In large ziploc bag mix first 6 ingredients.
Put salmon in bag and seal. Turn to coat fish completly.
Refrigerate 15 minutes or 30 for stronger flavor. Turn bag every once in awhile.
Grease or spray rack.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Remove fish from marinade and save.
Grill 12 - 15 minutes.
Brush with marinade last 5 minutes.
Discard remaining marinade.
