Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) margarine melted
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
  • 1 cup (225 ml) lite corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (225 ml) coarsly chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
Preparation
  • Combine butter, sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla in mixing bowl.
  • Beat well.
  • Add eggs and beat well.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Pour into pastry shell.
  • Bake at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 45 to 50 min.
