Serves/Makes:1 1/4 c.

  • 1 cup (225 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/8 tsp (1 ml) fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp (1 ml) onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp (1 ml) garlic powder
  • Mix well.
  • You can add more buttermilk to thin dressing if desired.
