Serves/Makes:4 or more

Ingredients
  • 1 lb (.5 kg). hamburger meat
  • 2 cups (475 ml) macaroni noodles
  • 1 can whole kernal corn
  • 2 cups (475 ml) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small jar diced pimentos (optional)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 8 oz (224 grm). sour cream
  • 1 cup (225 ml) cheese crackers or saltines
Preparation
  • Cook and drain noodles.
  • Brown meat in large skillet, drain.
  • Mix all ingredients except crackers in large casserole dish.
  • Crush crackers and sprinkle on top.
  • Bake about 20 minutes at 300 degrees (150 C.) or until bubbles.
