Serves/Makes:1 quart or less

  • 1-3/4 cups (425 ml) of your favorite bourbon
  • 1 14 oz (392 grm). can Eagle Brand milk, sweetened condensed (not evaporated milk)
  • 1 cup (225 ml) half & half
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml). instant coffee
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). almond extract
  • Place all ingredients into blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Keep refrigerated.
  • Don't improvise.
  • Don't substitute.
  • Shake well before serving.
  • Will last up to 6 weeks.
