Jello, mandarin oranges, & orange sherbet dessert


Serves/Makes:12 or more

  • 3 pkgs. orange jello
  • 2 cups (475 ml) orange sherbet
  • 2 cups (475 ml) miniature marshmallows
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup (225 ml) whipping cream
  • 3 cups (700 ml) hot water
  • Combine jello and hot water.
  • Let stand to room temperature.
  • Mix in sherbet and stir; add marshmallows, oranges, and juice.
  • Whip cream and add to mixture.
  • Pour into mold.
