Smoked Oyster Cheese Ball with Brandy and Shallot

Ingredients
  • 1 small can smoked oysters, drained
  • 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) brandy
  • 1/2 shallot, minced
  • parsley, minced
  • Ritz crackers
Preparation
  • Soften cream cheese and butter.
  • Add shallot, brandy and Worcestershire.
  • Add drained can of oysters.
  • Mix well.
  • Form into a ball.
  • Roll in parsley.
  • Chill 24 hours.
  • Serve with Ritz crackers.
