Serves/Makes:6 or more

  • 2 cups (475 ml) spaghetti, cooked, drained, cooled
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup (225 ml) diced cucumber
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sweet pepper or celery
  • 3 cups (700 ml) shredded cabbage
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
  • 4 tsp (20 ml). sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
  • 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml). vinegar
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Marinate overnight or at least 3 to 4 hours.
