  • 1 package butter flavored cake mix
  • 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese softned
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups (475 ml) blueberries
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees (175 C.).
  • Lightly grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
  • Combine cake mix, cream cheese, oil and eggs.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Gently fold in berries.
  • Spoon into prepared pan.
  • Bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
