Comments
My Daughter, Kandi, is NOT a cook. She is a better chiropractor than a cook (thank goodness) so when I went into her house the Saturday before Easter and she had these cooked, I was impressed. And then when I tasted them, I was really impressed. ha. So I ask her for the recipe and when she gave me a copy, I was not surprised to see that it was one of Paula Deen's. MY FAVORITE SOUTHERN COOK. I've seen her in person 2 times in Nashville, and she is just as down to earth as she seems to be on the TV.

Note: I found that if you turn the cupcakes out on Waxed Paper, instead of the tea towel, it works better, and then you can glaze them over the waxed paper and it is easy clean up. Also, if you heat the Glaze a little it is easier to work with, I used the Microwave to do that.

As Paula would say, "I Send ya'll Love and Best Dishes From my Kitchen to yours" Enjoy!! Sissy
