Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 package prosciutto
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
Preparation
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  • Wash asparagus and trim off woody stems.
  • Slice prosciutto lengthwise in one inch strips.
  • Wrap each asparagus spear in prosciutto angling and overlapping strip to cover mid-section of stalk.
  • Place on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  • Bake for ten minutes, turn stalks and bake 10 minutes on the other side.
  • Serve immediately.
