Serves/Makes:4 or more patties

  • 2 lbs (.9 kg). ground pork
  • 3 tsp (15 ml) sage
  • 1-1/2 tsp (7 ml) salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp (7 ml) poulty seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) pepper
  • 1 dash allspice
  • Combine all ingredents.
  • Mix well.
  • Let it chill a 1/2 to 1 hr.
  • To fry, make patties and cook about 6 min. per side on medium heat.
Prep time 5 min. Chill time: 1/2 to 1 hr. Cook time 12 min.

Cal. 6 Chol 0 mg Carb. 1.4 g. Learned a long time ago, any thing with Miss Nezz name on it, is automatically absolutely delicous. You wont be disappointed. This can also be frozen.
