Lime Vinaigrette

  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground cumin (opt.)
  • 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
  • In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients until well blended.
  • Serve over greens, diced tomatoes and avocado.
