Green Pea Egg Swirl Soup

  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (225 ml) green peas
  • Heat the broth to a boil. Add the green peas.
  • When it's boiling again, turn it to low. Beat the eggs a little. Swirl the broth and peas vigorously and pour the beaten eggs gently into the soup.
I made this up myself one day. Fast and easy to make.
