  • Pinch of chopped garlic
  • 8 Nicoise olives, pickled
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) capers
  • 1 anchovy
  • fresh thyme
  • 4 Red Bliss Potatoes, boiled
  • Saute the first four ingredients.
  • Mash the potatoes with butter, salt, pepper, and thyme into the pan with the other ingredients using a fork.
