  • 8 oz (224 grm). crab (fresh or canned) Shredded
  • 8 oz (224 grm). light cream cheese
  • 1/2 small onion (minced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) tabasco
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) parmesan
  • Mix all ingredients except parmesan.
  • Pour in serving dish and top with parmesan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) until it bubbles and browns.
  • Serve warm with toasted bread or crackers.
Great for parties. You can add different things to customize.
