  • 1 lb (.5 kg) fresh mushrooms, whole, quartered, or sliced
  • 2 cups (475 ml) soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  • Cover, and bake at 325 degrees (175 C.) for 25 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
