  • 1 Can whole corn, undrained
  • 1 Can cream corn
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 Stick butter (melted)
  • 1 Box Corn Muffin Mix
  • 8 oz (224 grm). Sour Cream
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Place mixed ingredients in a 9 inch x 13 inch baking pan (non-stick pans work good.)
  • Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.
