  • 1 cup (225 ml) self-rising flour
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) sugar
  • 1 cup (225 ml) milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 29 oz (812 grm). can sliced peaches
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  • Put butter in round casserole dish and melt in oven while oven is preheating.
  • Mix first three ingredients.
  • Pour mixture in casserole dish.
  • Gently pour peaches (including syrup) into center of casserole.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
