Baked Italian Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • garlic salt
  • 1 bottle fat-free Italian dressing (I like Kraft.)
  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees (125 C.).
  • Place chicken breasts in casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.
  • Pour Italian dressing over all.
  • Cover casserole with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until done.
  • Serve with rice or oven-roasted potatoes.
It's REALLY easy, and great for company!
