  • l lb. fresh mushrooms
  • l/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
  • l bunch green onions
  • l/4 cup salad oil
  • l/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Cavender's Greek Seasoning
  • l/4 tsp sugar
  • Cut up mushrooms.
  • Chop onions including some of the tops.
  • Mix oil, vinegar, seasoning and sugar.
  • Add to mushrooms, onions and cheese.
  • Mix carefully.
  • Make one hour before serving.
Everyone seems to like this recipe even if they don't care for mushrooms.
