  • 8 cups (1900 ml) applesauce
  • 6 cups (1425 ml) sugar
  • 4 tsp (20 ml). cinnamon
  • 2 tsp (10 ml). cloves
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). allspice
  • Mix all ingredients, put mixture in a crock-pot.
  • Cook on high 4 hours with lid on.
  • Cook another 4 hours with the lid off; stir occasionally.
  • Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
