Dill Cheese Snacks - Seasoned Cheez-Its

Serves/Makes:15 people

  • one 2 lbs (.9 kg). boxes Cheez-Its
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). garlic powder
  • 2 tsp (10 ml). dill weed
  • Place Cheez-Its in a baking pan.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour over Cheez-Its and gently mix to coat crackers evenly.
  • Bake at 250 degrees (125 C.) for 20-30 minutes.
This recipe was given to me by my mother-in-law. As far as I know, she made it up herself. This recipe can be halved.
