Serves/Makes:small party

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (225 ml) mayonaise
  • 1 lb (.5 kg). bacon
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 cup (225 ml) lettuce shredded
Preparation
  • Mix sour cream and mayo let set overnight.
  • Fry bacon and crumble.
  • Dice tomato.
  • Shred lettuce.
  • Just before serving stir bacon, lettuce and tomato into mayo mixture.
  • Serve with toast tips or really any kind of cracker or chip
