Serves/Makes:8-12

Ingredients
  • 2 15-oz. cans yams
  • 1 pkg. large puffed marshmellows
  • crushed graham crackers
Preparation
  • Drain yams in a colander.
  • Then mash the yams smooth.
  • Press yam mixture around one marshmellow, then roll in graham cracker crumbs - forming a ball.
  • Place balls in a buttered dish.
  • Heat at 200 degrees (90 C.) for 15 minutes or until marshmellow starts to burst.
  • Serve hot.
