Serves/Makes:2 cups

  • 3 large ripe avocados, mashed
  • 3 oz (84 grm). cream cheese, softened
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
  • 2 oz (56 grm). green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Mix all ingredients until creamy.
  • If you are making this in advance, place it in a bowl with an avocado pit to prevent discoloring.
