Ingredients
  • First layer:
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) melted butter
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) broken pretzels
  • Second layer:
  • 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • 16 oz (448 grm). cool whip
  • Third layer:
  • 2 cups (475 ml) hot water
  • 2 small strawberry jello
  • 2 small boxes frozen strawberries
Preparation
  • First layer:
  • Mix in 9 inch x 13 inch pan. Bake 6 minutes at 325 degrees (175 C.). Cool.
  • Second layer:
  • Mix together and spread on cooled crust.
  • Third layer:
  • Mix and cool until thick. When cooled, spread on top of cheese mixture. Chill.
