Serves/Makes:2 cups

  • 4 medium ripe avocadoes
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). black pepper
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml). hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml). fresh chopped garlic
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). lemon
  • Cut avocadoes in half remove seed.
  • Scoop avocado out of the skin and place in a bowl.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Mash with fork to desired texture.
  • Chill for at least an hour.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
For variation add fresh chunky salsa.
